SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
- Standard Shipping: A$10.00
  Delivery: 5-7 business days
  Available to all Australian states and territories

- Free Shipping: Orders over A$150
  Delivery: 6-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OCEANIA)
- Economy International: FREE
  Delivery: 6-18 business days
  Available to: New Zealand and select Pacific Islands

- Express International: A$10.00
  Delivery: 1-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through Australia Post or the designated carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. SOLNYRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at contact@solnyra.com as soon as possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@solnyra.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS

We ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers within Australia. Please ensure you provide the correct PO Box or Parcel Locker number when placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@solnyra.com immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our return policy.
